On 09/07/07 Medic-4 responded to assist Fort Meade Fire Department with a patient who fell and was now having seizures. MSP was requested by Fort Meade prior to Medic-4’s arrival. Medic-4 arrived to rapidly package the patient and transport to the awaiting MSP helicopter. |

On 08/30/07 Qnt-4 arrived to find a 3 vehicle MVC with multiple patients. Qnt-4 quickly extricated a priority-1 trauma arrest and began medical care. Medic-21 transported the patient to BWMC priority-1. The other patients were handled by ME-21, PM-5, and PM-43 |

On 08/30/07 Medic-4 responded with multiple other units for a report a single vehicle rollover with children trapped. Medic-4 was the first arriving Medic unit and was given a 18month old who was extricated from the vehicle with Altered Mental Status and Decreased respiratory effort.. On 09/16/07 Medic-4 was dispatched for a report of man down possible shooting. Medic-4 arrived with E281 to find a 18 y/o male with multiple gun shot wounds. Pt was rapidly assessed and moved to Medic-4. Medic-4 transported the patient priority-1 to BWMC |

On 09/16/07 E41, Medic-4 arrived to find a single vehicle MVC with multiple patients. Medic-4 transported the driver priority 2E to shock trauma for abdominal trauma. Medic-29 and A289 treat and transported the other patients to university hospital. |
