                      MVC with Entrapment  Box 21-07

 

On 8/13/07 MU-4 responded along with units from station 21 for a report of MVC with rescue. First arriving units from station 21 found a two vehicle MVC head-on  with 1 person trapped. MU-4 assisted with EMS operations.

                      2nd Alarm Box 33-02   Balto Annap Blvd

 

On 8/14/07 Qnt-4 responded on the 2nd alarm box being requested by BC-1 on location.  Qnt-4 was the second arriving piece on the 2nd alarm. Qnt-4 assisted with operations.

                      Rescue Box 33-80   RT 97 / RT 100

 

On 8/18/07 Medic-4 responded to assist units on location of a MVC with a pedestrian struck. MU-4 arrived and was assigned a priority 1 open head trauma.

After extrication MU-4 transported to 634 by land.

PM-33 transported the pedestrian pri-1 to 634 also..

                      All Hands Box 30-21   B&L Club Rd.

 

On 8/22/07 Quint-4 responded from station 30 on the All Hands dwelling fire. First arriving crews found a structure 80% involved with explosions. Initial reports were multiple calls , possible propane cylinder explosion

On  09/07/07 MU-4 responded to assist units on location

with a bariatric  patient requiring medical attention. 

MU-4 arrived to assist with patient removal and  assist

MU-30 with patient care.. MU30 and MU-4 transported
